Matthew is a proud Kiwi who likes to take advantage of all the wonderful things NZ offers and works very hard to maintain “life – work” balance!
Matthew has a broad range of experience in Finance, Banking, Small Business, IT, and Consulting.
His experience in these areas with larger organisations allows him to have a different view on the world than perhaps the average accountant does.

Tasman Norness
Director
Tas Norness began his accounting career at Trillium after graduating from Victoria University in 2016. He has gained diverse experience by navigating various client scenarios and successes.
Tas is committed to refining operational best practices for Trillium and its clients. He emphasizes working smarter and strategic business development. His dedication to clients' success is unwavering, providing expert guidance through complex challenges with innovative strategies, embodying Trillium’s core values.
